Comedy Victoria was established to help support comedy events throughout Victoria.
Comedy Victoria was established in 2021 to help comedy writers, producers and performers.
It is lead by independent producers in regional Victoria, delivering the Women of Wit tour, Bendigo Comedy Festival, BallaRatCat Comedy, Laugh For Lifeline, individual solo shows and workshops, while improving access for regional area to book comedy films, kids shows, improv, writing classes, PowerPoint comedy, mime and stand-up, among others.
Our goal is to help regional writers and performers with unique opportunities and education, and to improve community mental health though shared laughter at their local theatre or community centre.
